Ingredients Needed to Make Chicken Artichoke Turnovers

"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make chicken artichoke turnovers. The ingredients we're going to need today for this chicken artichoke turnovers are we're going to need about a half pound of chicken breast. Get some nice chicken breast. We're going to get definitely need some artichokes. These are the two main ingredients, we're going to need about 10 oz. I have 12 oz. that should be good artichokes and I'm going to put some garlic, I'm going to use some green scallions, we're going to need some parsley. We're also going to use the citrus of some lemon juice we're also on this side we are going to use some nice spices to spice this up. We're going to use Monterrey Jack, some sour cream, egg for our egg wash for our phyllo bread, salt and pepper to taste. We are going to use some chili powder to give it a little kick. Now I have this salsa it has chili greens, Serrano peppers it's really good. It's almost like a salsa I also have been experimenting with this dish. If you don't have like a salsa that you don't like, I like it with this cause I made it a few times. This is how I experiment. You can just use some chili greens in a can, you can chop them up really fine and throw that in.
