"Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to show you how to make mushroom fritters. We are literally eating these so fast that we are not even done with the tape that is how good they are. The batter is not, it is not that it is not that favorable it is a little plain but I would tell the mushroom enhance it though. It gives it that little something that make you say wow. But what really makes this was our dipping sauce. Definitely go out and make the Herve dipping sauce with this it was excellent. You can use salsa, you can just use plain sour cream if you want but the Herve with the jalapeƱo truly made this a inspirational appetizer where everybody. There is a only a couple of people here and literally we only have a couple left. So I'm not kidding. So I think storage would be nil nothing, noda, if there is just throw in some tin foil Tupperware they would stay good for a few days. No doubt. But I promise no storage on this one. A great great appetizer for your cocktail party or your starters or even your Super Bowl party that is coming up. Go Giants! With that said cost was literally it cost me about 6-7 dollars to make this we made enough for 8 to 1- people. Another easy, cheap, fun, great tasting, snack made here on Expert Village it ways mushroom fritters. I thank you for letting me be in your kitchen everyday to make it. I hope you guys made stuff to. My name is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village thank you for watching. Let's eat!"
