"Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make mushroom fritters. We are back! The first thing I like to do is just get my dip mixed and I'm going to put all of our cheese dip right into a nice serving dish. First thing I do is just make sure that my glass is clean. I put the Herve sauce right into a nice dish. What I'm going to do is just grab a dollop of our salsa just put that over the top like so. What I'm going to do is just grab a couple of our green scallions that I have I'm just going to put a couple of those on top. Like so. A couple of the circles that I cut. This would be in the center of our serving tray like so and then we are just going to put our fritters all around on the plate. These fritters are still warm you can serve them warm. They are even great cold. Just continue to put them on your plate like so. What I might do also with a couple of these extra scallions I would throw them right on top of the fritters. Again that is it that is pretty much my service. It also looks nice if you put a little bit onion circles like that, a couple of more of those green the scallions all the way around. That is it that is our meal. Look how nice come back I'm just going to talk to you about cost, storage and of course we are going to try. These are mushroom fritters here on Expert Village, they are easy and delicious 20 minutes I had them done."
