"Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to show you how to make mushroom fritters. So we are back. You see I have a nice, I have like almost like a dough it is nice and moist, it is a good moist up batter. What we are going to do is just put in our mushrooms and we are going to fold them in. Now remember I'm using a few more mushrooms than what the recipe calls for. Only cause I know we can get a few more out of this batter. But what you are looking to do is just put the mushrooms and start folding them over. Folding them in so you are just grabbing from the bottom and folding them over. Grab from the bottom, folding over. Then just add more mushroom. So we are going to get them all coated really nice. You see I'm putting in a little bit at a time and then I'm just folding. Getting them all together. I want you guys to do the same get them all nice and coated. They are fully coated and they are ready to go into our deep fryer."
