"Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to show you how to make mushroom fritters. First, thing I want to do is I want to go back and I'm actually going to work with the egg mixture and the flour mixing them together before we put the mushrooms in. But I want to get our frying pan hot with oil. We are going to need about 2-3 inches in your deep dish and we are going to get it really hot and you are going to be able to tell it is hot by sticking your wooden spoon in and seeing the bubbles. That is how you know it is hot enough. So I'm just going to fill in the bottom of my deep dish pan with a good significant amount of oil. I'm going to get a medium flame under it. We have oil on and I have it on a medium flame. Keep a eye on it. While I do that, I'm going to add my egg mixture to my flour. I'm just going to add the whole mixture to the flour and we are going to mix that all up. That is our mixture for our potatoes. For our potatoes, oh my goodness for our mushrooms. Just mix this thoroughly. "
