"Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to show you how to make mushroom fritters. We are back! The first thing we are going to do is our egg and milk mixture and also our flour mixture. First thing we are going to do is crack an egg and put it into our bowl and we are going to give it a little beaten with our fork. Just start to beat it up a little bit. We are going to add a little half and half to this; you can use milk. I'm going to use about a 3rd of a cup of milk, I'm just going to eyeball it. That is going to be our milk mixture very simple. For our flour mixture we are going to put in a cup of flour. I'm going to use I just eyeball it but a little pinch of salt about a teaspoon and we are going to use 1 teaspoon of the baking soda. This one I'm going to eyeball to be sure paresis. I think just a little bit more. Just keep mixing this flour mixture. When we come back, we are going to start to coat these in our flour and egg mixture. We are going to coat everything together and then we are ready to go over our deep fryer. So next we are actually going to put our oil into our deep dish frying pan or our deep fryer and get the oil really hot. Come back we are making these fast simple mushroom fritters here on Expert Village."
