"Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to show you how to make mushroom fritters. Alright folks today for Expert Village, we are going to make you a fun appetizer a mushroom fritter. You have to love mushroom fritters. Basically it is very simple you are going to need slice mushrooms in a egg batter with some flour. Deep fry really quick and we would mix it up and then make a nice sauce dipping sauce for it today also. A little jalapeƱos in it it is going to be nice. This is great for anything for your cocktail hour or just hors'dourves before your friends comes over or you can for your half time show during the Super Bowl this year where we would have the Giants playing. Yes, I said it, the Giants have made it to the big show. So I have been trying to make a lot of things cause I'm having a big big Super Bowl party this year and everything that I'm cooking for you guys is basically geared towards that. So make all of this it is going to be great. I'm going to show you how easy it is. We would do everything from utensils, to the ingredients, to cost, to storage and of course, my favorite and I hope yours are eating it.
