"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make an apple crisp rice salad. We added our garlic to our bowl for our dressing. We're going to get out our honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and our orange for some orange zest. I'm going to measure some things. I'm going to go 1, 2, 3 of the olive oil. We're going to get our balsamic vinegar and we're also going to go 3 tablespoons. That's about 2 tablespoons right there. Don't worry about making mistakes. Sometimes you do. We're going to add about 1 teaspoon of the Dijon mustard. A little bit more is actually okay. We'll give it a little zest, a little zing. We're going to go 1, 2, 3 teaspoons of our honey. That's because I like honey. If you don't, you could use a little less with that."
