"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make an apple crisp rice salad. We're going to start to make our dressing, and the first thing we're going to do is chop up some garlic. I'm going to use 2 cloves of garlic. To get it out of its shell, just give it a punch with the back of your knife. You'll see it'll come right out. A lot of times, you'll have this hard shell. Just take that hard shell off. Do the same to the other one and you'll see it comes right out of its shell. Just carefully slice your garlic nice and thin. Then we're going to turn it this way and give it a little chopping that way. Again, don't worry if it's not the right consistency. We'll start to chop this even finer. We have our garlic finely chopped real thin. What we're going to do now is just add this to our bowl and start to create our beautiful. This is a great salad dressing that's going to go over this salad today. Let me show you how it's done."
