"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make an apple crisp rice salad. Let's go over the ingredients that we're going to need for this salad here today on Expert Village. We're going to use a brown rice today. I recommend definitely using a brown rice. Also, instead of water, I like to use chicken broth to use for your water for your rice. I'm going to need some butter for that as well. For the rest of our dish, we're going to need some honey, some balsamic vinegar, olive oil. We're going to need raisins. You could also use currants, which are a smaller version. Apples. I actually have these apples that say crisp and sweet. Guess what? I bought them because that's what we're looking for, a nice crisp apple. We're going to need a zest of an orange and some sunflower seeds that are shelled already. I'm going to need some celery, some grey poupon, and of course, I always put garlic in everything, so garlic is going in this one. I got some arugula leftover, so that will be my leafy green. That's optional. You don't have to put it over a leafy green. These are ingredients. Come back. I'm going to tell you it's this fast. 20 minutes and you can have it on your table."
