"Hi my name is Rachel Deon. Now were going to wash the fruits. The reason we do it is because a lot of chemicals has been sprayed on these fruits the stores a lot of time put rocks on them. And of course you don't want to have fruits with so many hands to touch that got into your house. My grandmother always liked cleaned jelly. Now were going to wash the fruits. You can do it in your sink if you like to just fill it up. Then I put a little bit of liquid detergent not to much because you don't want your jelly to taste soapy. I mix it up, and we're going to put the fruits inside. It needs to stay in the bucket for about between 3 to 5 minutes. It's good to just rub them wash them a little bit while there in the water just to take the dust that's stuck to it. After 3 to 5 minutes I drain the water out and wash the plums very carefully to make sure all the soap is out. "
