"Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. Alright, I just want to come back and talk a little bit about cost. Mushrooms; very, very cheap. I bought a pound of mushrooms for like 3 bucks. You should always have a lot of olive oil in your house. All the spices you should have. With that said, it was breadcrumbs, an onion, some garlic. You're talking about 6 bucks here. Under 6 bucks. Another cheap beautiful appetizer. Even a little side dish or a little snack for your kids or yourself.
