"Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. Alright, we're back. I have my filling cooling down a little bit. I'm going to take my mushroom cap. I'm going take some butter that's just been sitting out. It has melted a little bit. What you're going to do is just slide the cap over it just lightly to give it a little greasing so it doesn't stick to your pan. Before you put it back in your pan, you're going to grab. I use a little teaspoon. I just start to fill them like this. You want to get each one filled. What happens is you want them to be big and nice. I fill them all first and then I come back and I really top them off to where they're really big, bold, and outstanding. Again, here's your mushroom cap. I'm just going to wipe it a little bit on the bottom just to give it a little coating. I'm going to put them right in there. Just stuffing it right in. Nice. Look how beautiful this is going to be. That's what you do. You can do this right before you go to work in the morning. Here's another one. A little butter on the bottom and we're going to put a nice amount on the top and just keep popping them into your pan. That's it. when you come back and this is all done, I'll have all these in. We're just going to take a little parsley flake, a little parmesan cheese, a little drizzle of olive oil, and pop it into the 350 oven that we've been preheated already. Preset, preheat, I think it's the same. Come back. We're making stuffed mushrooms here. Are you getting hungry yet? I know I am."
