"Hi, this is Rich Buccola of New York City. And today, on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make fun finger sandwiches. All right, what we're going to do first is once we have our meatloaf sliced correctly; we're going to actually start making our sandwiches. All right, I have my barbecue sauce. That's what I like. You could use your ketchup, too. Here's what I do is I put a little of my barbecue sauce on here. I just get a little slice of my thing. Look at how thin. Nice. Put that on. I put a leaf of the arugula. I have arugula. You can use regular lettuce or whatever you like. A little leaf of that. And then I have these pickles. These are a little big, so I just give it a little cut like this to make the size of the sandwich. Put that on top, close it with my bread like so. Now, you can leave it just like that. But what I like to do once I get it off of here because this is my serving tray. I'm just trying to show you. What I'll do is I'll just cut the sandwich like so, and I'll take two toothpicks and just put it in and that's how I'll start to plate my sandwiches."
