"Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. Alright, so you see just going back and forth. Look how small I got these onions. Look how nice. Nicely, finely chopped. That's what you want. You want to save that other onion for something else and just put these right in here, and that's your mixture for your filling. Next thing we're going to do is get a frying pan. We're going to get a flame under it and we're going to get it hot. We're going to go to our butter. Here's a whole stick of butter. You might have to use a whole stick sometimes. It's always better to add then to find out you put too much. I'm going to start with half a stick of butter, because that I'm definitely going to be sure you're going to need. Come over here with a half a stick of butter. Your ingredients for your stuffing, which was your onion, your garlic, and your stems. We're going to get our butter in there. You can see because I have the flame up high it's going to melt pretty quick, and we're just going to add all of our ingredients in there. Once I do that, I'm going to lower my flame a little bit and get it down to medium. Actually, medium to like low flame. I don't if you can get that. Here's our flame. Medium to low flame. Get that on, shake it up. Its going to start smelling really good really fast. I'm going to start eyeballing in our bread crumbs when I come back."
