"Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. I have my garlic and I'm just going to take each piece. Give it a slice down that way, slice it down this way, turn it, give them all a slice. Same with these two. Give it slices down and just cutting and chopping it. Garlic is such a great thing. It's real healthy for you. This is actually a pretty healthy meat, except we use a lot of butter with this. I try to say that some of the meals are health conscious. People are saying these are not really the best. You know what, they taste really good. I'm not saying eat this everyday. I know everyone that's on a diet has that one day where they can just do whatever they want and have that special meal because they've worked really hard, so treat yourself to something like this. It's not that bad for you and it's fresh. All the ingredients are fresh. Again, just keep working bringing the garlic to the center like so. I use a little cutting board, a little table, and just bring in the back of the knife. Chop and chop and chop. Listen guys, they're going to keep telling this you. I know guys are going to start writing in, the girls are going to start writing in and saying, "Rich, thanks for getting my guy off the couch and in the kitchen. I couldn't have asked for a better companion in the kitchen." Let's face it, it's fun cooking, guys, so cook with your ladies and get your children involved. Cook with the family. You're going to know where they are. That's your chopped up garlic. We're going to add it right here. When we come back, we're going to chop up that onion. We're making our filling for our stuffed mushrooms here on Expert Village."
