"Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make fun finger sandwiches. I'm going to show you some bread crumbs, you just need some light bread nice white bread to make soft bread crumbs. I just take a piece of white bread and I fold it and what you want to do is just grab the corner and just take little pieces and turn. You are going to need about a cup and again a cup is about 3-4 pieces of bread. So we are jut going to put all of that into our mixture of peppers, onion, and garlic. We are going to mix in all of our bread crumbs like so. Look how nice this is starting to look this is our filling for our meat loaf. You want to add about a teaspoon of oregano and you can eyeball it just a little punch and mix that in. We are going to get our mixture our liquid mixture together and we are going to need our ketchup, our egg, our Worcestershire sauce and lastly our barbecue sauce. We are going to need a quarter cup of ketchup and I'm actually going to put it in a quarter cup measuring cup. Just add that, we are going to need a 1/4 to 1/2 a cup of barbecue sauce. I'm just going to go about 1/2 a cup. We are also going to also have to add our egg so we are going to crack our egg. Add that. Lastly we are going to use 2-3 tablespoons of Worcestershire 1,2,3 and we are going to give that a really good mixed. We are going to mix this until everything is mixed thoroughly together and we are going to put this all together with our meat now and our mixture of bread crumb mixture. And make it into a nice meat loaf. So as what I was saying earlier this is the preparation you can do for the morning getting it all put together which we are about to do right now. You can put it in your fridge for about 2 hours or all day at work it does not matter but for at least 2 hours. So come back we are making fast, fun finger sandwiches here at Expert Village."
