"Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. With that said, we're going to start on our mushrooms. The first thing we're going to do is just pull off, by just pushing very easy. Holding the cap and push back and forth, the stem comes right out. We're going to keep the stem, put the cap there for filling later. Again, just pushing all ways until the stem comes out keeping the mushroom whole, keeping the stems here. I'm just going to do a couple more. Just hold it firm. Push it each way. North, south, east, and west and they come right out. I keep putting them in the wrong spot though, but I'll learn that as I go. North, south, east, west and it comes right out. Wow, that's pretty cool. When I come back, we're going to actually start chopping these up and making the filling for the stuffed mushrooms. Keep going at this. Again, small table right here in New York City. You don't need a lot of room. I do everything on literally 3 foot by 1 1/2 foot table. I have fun, and a lot of times I do this stuff right before I go to work so that when I come home it's ready to pop in. You can actually have all this predone and when your guests come and get home from work, pop it in the oven so that you don't have to do anything. You jump in the shower, you come out, you have your wine ready, you're chilled, your people are coming, and you're entertaining guests."
