"Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. Hardware. Real simple hardware. A cutting board, a nice butcher's block cutting board. This is actually a plastic one and not a butcher block. A butcher block knife though. Casserole dish and all you need is a serving plate and Walla! You can have some stuffed mushrooms sitting on your plate. Have these in right before your guests come, put them right in as they're coming in. You can bring out a plate of these with some wine or some beer. They're just fun things with shrimp cocktail that I do here on Expert Village. You can actually have a nice little hors d'oeuvreor a little something to eat as people come to your house and gather for dinner, or for whatever the engagement might be."
