"Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make fun finger sandwiches. The utensils that you are going to need today are, if you have been washing my videos here on Expert Village you know that I tend to cook by eye. But if you are a first time cook you should go out and get yourself some measuring cups and some measuring spoons just to be more precise. As you cook you would learn to fill things out and what you need. Go out and definitely get yourself a good cutting knife. So we are going to need a good chopping knife today and a cutting board. You see that I just used these very cheap and inexpensive silicon boards they are great. You can just, they are under 5 bucks you chop your stuff and pick up your stuff, you go with it and it is on the move. A spoon just for mixing some stuff up. You are going to need a spatula to get, I'm going to make like a meatloaf today it is going to come out of your pan. Spatula for mixing things up. You are going to need a big bowl for mixing stuff. You are going to need some kind of pan, I have a nice stoneware for this type of dish. It is very thick dish it is about a 8x4x2 and that is great for making our finger sandwiches with. So if you have stoneware or a pot 8x4x2 measurements. We are going to need a nice serving tray to serve up our sandwiches and also some toothpicks, I actually put some toothpicks in the sandwiches and they have something to clean there teach out afterwards. It also holds the sandwiches together. So come back those are your utensils you we are actually going to start putting this together. This is a fast one like I said you can prep it in the morning, put the mixture in the refrigerator, let it cool, come back and you can make your sandwiches. "
