Alright this one is a good, good, good appetizer, good welcoming food. You know I've been making some things here now on Expert Village showing you little appetizers, you have friends coming over. Well this one is one of my favorites I'll tell you right now because everybody loves stuffed mushrooms. And what's great is you could have different variations when you stuff your mushrooms. You could just stuff them with everything from the stem from the cap of the mushroom to sausage to meat balls to whatever you really feel. I guess sky's the limit. Cheese you could put in them. But today I'm going to show you the recipe that my grandmother use to make and it's very simple and she passed it down generations and it's always been really good. I've always tried to tweak and change things when I cook, I hope you guys do that too. Always experiment and see what you like. You'll find that by tasting as you cook. You'll find that cooking is a great thing. And guys I keep saying this- Girls love it when guys cook. So get out there and cook. Real simple ingredients today. When I come back I'll show you them all for stuffed mushrooms."
