"Alright doesn't it look great? I mean everything is perfect. We're ready to just start filling our bread which is actually our bowl. So come on let's do it. Alright doesn't it look great. I mean everything is perfect. We're ready to start filling our bread which is actually our bowl. So come on let's do it. Alright, our pan is just about cooled. Which means that the dip is still nice and hot, so be careful. Don't burn yourself. You can actually see the steam coming off. What I do is, I just fill this up. Look at how nice this is. And that's going to be our beautiful platter. We have our veggies to dip and our breads to dip. You might want to garnish this with a little parsley or something on the top and that's it. Be careful spooning it in. You don't want to make a mess. Alright so I forgot my bagel crisps. But I actually put them on the tray. I got everything now that I want now on my tray. My, my dip is a little warm. I'm just going to put some Parmesan cheese that I had right on top like so. Make it look pretty. I also had some scallions. So I just cut some nice little scallions and just made little circles with them and I'm going to put that on top. And that's it man. It's going to look beautiful. And it's, I tell you this is a great one. Just leave that out. You don't even have to do anything. They're going to know what to do. I promise you. Just put some side plates and some napkins and some nice wine and you'll have a nice starter. And you can be in the kitchen cooking. And your guests can be just having a little something to eat. Come back and we're just going to talk a little bit about cost and storage. Alright so our cost for this whole dish is about ten bucks or under. And as far as storage, I usually don't store stuff like this. I put them on these $1.99 stores. I get the tray from there and when it's all gone, I pretty much just throw it away. If you did want to store it, just put it in your Tupperware . It'll last two, three days. I hope you make this beautiful appetizer. It's great for the Superbowl that's coming up. I hope you make it for your friends and family. My name is Rich Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village, thank you for watching."
