"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make an artichoke and roasted pepper dip. First thing we're going to do is drain and finely chop our artichoke hearts. Just going to drain out the oil from your artichokes. Keep the top on, just let it spill out. Going to take it over to our cutting board and give these a nice, fine chop. Alright, we got them drained and I usually put them on a paper towel just to get any excess oil that maybe didn't come out. We're going to put them on our cutting board and give them a real fine chop. Alright so I'm just using my paper towel to just drain off any more oil and I'm going to put them on our cutting board like so. Artichokes are great. If you love artichokes, you either like artichokes or you don't. But if you like them, you usually love them. So what I'm going to do is just give them a chop by cutting this way and turning and cutting the other way. And what I'll do is that same chopping motion that I've been doing in a lot of the videos. I'll just start to give these a chop. And look. These are, just start doing all of them, you know? Just watch you don't cut yourself. Cut one way. Start to give it a chop. Alright, this is the desired consistency of what we're looking for. A nicely fine chop. So what we're going to do is just add this to our bowl. And again what's great about these silicone cutting boards is you just pick it up and add it right to your bowl."
