"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make an artichoke and roasted pepper dip. Alright, today for this artichoke and roasted red pepper dip, we're going to need the following utensils. Alright, first and foremost, I always talk about getting a good knife. I've been making a lot of videos here on Expert Village and I'm telling you, the money I've saved, it paid for this whole set of culinary knives that I have. So go out and get a good chopping knife. It's well worth it and I'm telling you, it'll be a good investment. You need a good bread knife for cutting our bread, a potato peeler if you want to slice your carrots first, a spatula just for mixing stuff around, a spoon for mixing stuff and scooping stuff out. Going to need a knife maybe to do the same, to spread some stuff around. A cutting board. These are great. I always talk about these in my videos, these silicone cutting boards. They're like five bucks or less in your supermarket and they last a really long, long time. And what's great is you can just pick stuff up and put it in your bowl. So guess what? You're going to need a bowl. Also going to need some kind of cooking dish to put it in. Casserole dish, just small nice little bundt pan even, or a cake pan. It's fine. You know what? I always have these trays. I go out and buy them. They're like a dollar at the .99 cents store and it looks great. What I do is I actually put a, you now if you have a doily, you put it down. You put your bread, you put your dipping sauce in it. And you put all your carrots and bread, you know whatever else you're using to dip, your veggies. Put a cover on it an you bring it to the party and say hey I'm here. Besides that we're also going to need our big skillet in the back for sauteing all of our veggies. Come back and I'm going to show you how easy this is and how quick you can do it. It's great too! You can prep everything, put it in your fridge and then right before you have to, your party time, you pop it in the oven. So come back. I'm going to show you this artichoke and roasted red pepper dip here on Expert Village."
