"Hello everyone. My name is Matt Fuller and this is Denise Bennet, my partner. We are the proud facilitators of the Light and Love Cafe. We are here on behalf of the Expert Village. This is something that was actually made earlier. This is some guacamole. It does have some garlic, some lime juice, fresh avacado of course. What else did I put in there? I did put in some cayenne pepper and I also put in some fresh cracked pepper. I would encourage you to watch one of our other segments to see how we actually prepare this avacado, or this guacamole. But Denise mentioned that we ought to try adding this to the soup so what we have done actually is taken a small portion out of here into this and we did add some of this and ironically or beautifully it actually changed the soup to just a totally different soup. And they are both wonderful. This one is a little bit more on the, in my opinion, the fresh lighter side and this actually adds a nice creamy beautiful mouth feel texture to it with a little bit more of a kick since there is some garlic in it. They are both great. Thank you for spending time with us today."
