"Hello everyone my name is Matt Fuller. This is Denise Bennett my partner. We are the proud facilitators of the Light and Love Cafe. We are here on behalf of the expert village. Next I'm gonna use a little bit of red bell pepper. Fresh organic of course whenever we can. What I do is I usually cut off the top. Then on the inside I just go ahead and grab this with my fingers and get this out of the way. Go ahead and toss this over here. And then I just go ahead and cut this however you want. You can do whatever you want. Just take and cut it up and get it into some small pieces so you can toss it in the soup. I really do try to avoid the seeds. Sometimes I miss a couple. So I do try to keep those out of the mix myself. It is as far as if there is any problem with them I am not really sure. It is just a personal preference. I sure am glad you're looking here. Standing here looking pretty. Denise: This is my contract that says that in it. I don't know if I am doing a good job. I sure hope so. Matt: Denise is actually going to show you something wonderful over here in just a moment. She is the dessert master. Denise is really enjoying the smell of this red pepper that I am chopping up and so am I. I am going to go ahead and toss this in. And as you can see this soup is just coming alive with color. And to me there is actually a bit too much green. I am actually going to add a little bit more red pepper because one of the important things for me, not the most important, but one of the very important things is how a food looks to me and how it is prepared. It really is so important to me. It makes me feel good to look at something so beautiful. I am going to add a little bit more and I may actually leave a couple of these just a little bigger for appearance."
