"Hello everyone. My name is Matt Fuller. This is Denise Bennet, my partner. We are the proud facilitators of the Light and Love Cafe. We are here on behalf of the Expert Village. Next I am going to actually add some fresh zucchini. I am gonna go ahead and cut the top off here. And then whatever your preference is on cutting this, I am actually gonna use about this much for today. And then however you like to cut it, I am just gonna basically cut it up and get into some fairly small cube sized pieces. And you know me, I love this part. And you know I really it's ok for me to make a mess in my kitchen. One of the best things about raw food is that you really you know for me there is so much less of a concern for the germs you know that they are associated. You know the cleaning process with everything is so minimized and you know I don't have to worry so much. It really is nice for me. What do you think? Well, you know that is a really big one for me. I used to eat meat. Like watch people eat cheese and milk and all those things and eggs and all the pans and dishes and silverware, smell, and you gotta use hot water, and there is always this fear about germs and everything. And for me anyways, for us, we feel that it is natural for the body, those foods. So when you are lining yourself with the proper diet, the body runs a lot more efficiently. And you smell good, you don't have all those cabinets, bathroom cabinets full of lots and lots of things that you have to try and cover all these problems. I am actually, I am gonna touch on this, because it really has been a profound, it has had a profound impact on me in the past few months and that is that the more raw food that I eat the less deodorant I need because there is nothing in my body that is coming out that does not smell good. All those wonderful foods smell great and its gonna smell good coming out of me. So my feet, they don't smell. You know nothing, it is just great. Enjoy. Next what I am doing here is some fresh cilantro which adds a really nice freshness to whatever you might be preparing. I don't encourage you to use it with everything but in this soup it is just gonna be to die for. Once again, I want to cut this small and release some of the aromatic qualities of the food. You do want to try to get the herbs, whenever you are using herbs and spices, kind of you know chop them very finely so as not to get a large portion of that in your mouth at any one time. All right, now I just scoop it onto the knife here. However you like to get it in there. Just scoop it right off. Be careful though. All right. "
