Video Transcript

"Hello everyone! My name is Matt Fuller and this Denise Bennett, my partner. We are the proud facilitators of the Light and Love Cafe. We are here on behalf of the Expert Village. Let me tell you a little bit about raw food. The reason that Denise and I enjoy raw food so much is that it just feels so wonderful to the body, and it is actually alive. That is the meaning of raw food. It's alive. What kills a food is when you heat it to give or take, above 110 degrees. If you keep everything in your food preparation below that, your food that your eating is all alive and it's able to go inside your body. Your body is able to recognize it because it's alive, we're alive, and they go perfectly together. Your body is able to absorb these beautiful nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and especially the thing that is lost in cooked food, are the live enzymes, which are these beautiful catalyst for metabolic functions in the body. It's just a wonderful thing for to enjoy raw food and it's also so much fun for us to prepare. I am actually in transition right now myself. Transitioning from many prepared/ processed cooked foods. I am enjoying many raw foods. I will tell you that there some changes that you will notice that will start to happen inside the body. I don't want you to be alarmed or worried about this. Just use your own intuition and pay attention to what your body is telling you, and everything will be just fine. If you start to allow your mind to tell you certain things and talk you out of things, it's a very powerful tool. Please, try to listen to your body because your body knows exactly what is going on."
