"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to show you how to make some cream of mushroom soup. Okay, we're back, got the dishes done, soup is still sauteeing. What I like to do is put in, right before I serve it I put in my seasonings, real simple I just use salt, pepper, fresh pepper and some fresh parsley which I can also use to garnish. I actually saved one of the mushrooms, remember I told everyone to save it? That can be for garnishing. A real simple set up, I just put a bowl on the table, same table by the way that I actually made everything on. So a real simple, under 15 minutes prep time and actual cook time, 25 minutes everything is done. It's a real inexpensive, actually and I'll tell everyone when I come back about that. So basically I just got some assorted crackers, I put them on a plate, I set my table nice, I'm going to use this for a garnish and basically what I do right before my guest come or right as they come in, they sit down, you can actually you know, as you're talking, I come over and I grab my soup, I pour right into the bowl. It looks amazing, it smells amazing and it's so delicious and this is enough for two people to have a nice lunch. Don't forget about my garlic bread that I made here.
