"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to make some mushroom soup. This is cream of mushroom, now you're going to see, I'm stirring as I go here, just so it doesn't stick. It looks amazing, come and check this out, it really smells amazing. Gracie who is my dinning partner is dying for some. We're going to grab our half and half, you can use milk, half and half just taste better to me. You can try it both ways, see what you like. I'm going to get a cup, I'm going to add it in and we're going to stir it in though. Just stir it in nice and slow, just bringing it in and stirring it into our soup and then we're going to actually put in a half of cup that I eye ball, a cup and half, that's about a cup and half, maybe a little more, a little less, it's not going to hurt it. Cream of mushroom soup, you're going to actually let this sautee on that slow flame and you're going to start stirring it occasionally now, you're just going to stir occasionally.
