"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today we are going to show you how to make some cream of mushroom soup. A little trick I use to, my aunt use to tell me and I don't know why, but she use to say to warm the chicken stock, so that is what I do. I always listen to them when they were telling me to cook it. It is just a cup and half, till you see the fill line, I go with the cup and I'm just putting it in a regular sauce pan and a half, I'm going to eye ball it, that is about a cup and half and there is your chicken stock. I'm going to just heat it up, regular flame, I'm not going to get it boiling, I'm just going to get it warm. I'm going to put a flame back on our pureed mushrooms and onions which looks fantastic. This one, you know it is hard to get everything to a puree with this pureer, so if you have bits and pieces, it is not going to hurt the dish. Some people will disagree or agree, I'm telling your that it is okay to have pieces. Sometimes people like to have the taste of that. Clean up while this is happening, that is going to heat for a second and I just sometimes come over here and I actually wash my tools and just give it a good washing and I just wanted to show you that clean up could be real easy. When I come back we are going to add our flour in our chicken stock and put this together."
