"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today we are going to show you how to make some cream of mushroom soup. Okay, so our mushrooms are turning golden brown. You can see here, what you want is on the bottom of the pan, you are going to get nice brown and later on we are adding the stock, the chicken stock that will allow all those flavors will actually will actually come up into the soup which is what you want. You are going to look for your onions to get translucent, you are going to smell just a great, great smell, nothing better than onions sauteeing in a frying pan with some mushrooms. It is a great smell, this is a great soup, it is football season and this is a great soup to make for everybody and cream of mushroom soup."
