"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today we are going to show you how to make some cream of mushroom soup. Alright, so the first thing I'm going to do is just come over to my casserole dish and put it under a nice flame. (wrong flame) Just a nice high flame to get that going. I'm going to cut a tablespoon of butter off the butter and actually the butter measures it for you, so real simple, just follow the line with it on, cut a tablespoon and put that in the bottom of your dish, let that melt down. We are going to let that melt a little bit. We are going to add in our onions and we are going to add in our mushrooms. You can actually hear that sizzle up, which is nice. And we are just going to take a few minutes to let it just open up. You want the onions to open up, you want the mushrooms to get a little brown and you might just want to move it around like this. You are going to see, the mushrooms are going to get a little smaller, the onions are going to open up, you are going to smell it, it is going to smell fantastic and then what we are going to do is take a purifier, pureer, excuse me. Anyway we are going to take our puree and just get it down to a nice mulch and then we are going to add our stock and we are going to have a cream of mushroom soup, here on Expert Village."
