"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today we are going to show you how to make some cream of mushroom soup. Alright, just wanted to let everyone know I was using this knife to chop those onions, I just wanted you to know I'm human and so I like to use a better knife, it is a bigger knife for me to actually cut. I got everything pretty big, but you want to get it down smaller. So I just put the tip and I actually just start chopping this onion. What we are going to do is take the onion and we are going to take the mushrooms and we are going to take our butter and put it into our pan and we are going to put everything together. We are going to get the onions to open up and get all the flavor out, get them translucent, we are going to brown the mushrooms and we are going to put it all into, actually I'm going to use this type of pureer today, which is real helpful and it is real easy. When we come back I will show you how to start doing this, it is cream of mushroom soup on a nice fall day or a nice winter day even, here on Expert Village."
