"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today we are going to show you how to make some cream of mushroom soup. Alright, we are going to talk about each ingredient and how much of it you are going to need. 1/2 of pound of mushrooms, I'm using baby bella's, you have to know that you can use Shiitake, you can mix Shiitake mushrooms, you can use Portabella's, magic mushrooms, no that's different video. Fresh mushrooms, very important, you are going to chop them, a tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of chop onions, that is about a 1/2 of an onion I would say, 2 tablespoons of flour, a cup of half and half of milk and I like to use half and half, and just some parsley to taste, also some salt and pepper to taste. You are also maybe going to save one (mushroom) for garnish, just to garnish the soup and that is it. It is a quick easy soup. When I come back I will show you how to chop some mushrooms. "
