"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to make some cream of mushroom soup. Ingredients for this, you are going to need some measuring cups today. A lot of times I like to cook by eye, but with soups I tend to always try to keep pretty close to a recipe. You are going to need a half of pound of mushrooms, I got some fresh, fresh baby bellas, they are beautiful, I mean just beautiful mushrooms, if you can get them get them. You are going to need some butter, you are going to need half an onion, you are going to need some flour, salt , a parring knife and a cutting board would be nice, a casserole bowl in the back on my thing, you can see the casserole bowl, some chicken broth, that is going to help out and that is it, it is a simple soup. When I come back we will go over each ingredient and show you how this soup comes together, it is great, great tasting soup for the fall. Its actually been around for 60 plus years, introduced by a major soup company, actually that is it right there and when we come back we will put it together. "
