"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to make some cream of mushroom soup. Okay, so today we are going to show you how to make cream of mushroom soup. I just wanted to tell you a little bit about me, I'm Richard Buccola here in New York City, I use to own a few bars in the neighborhood years ago and I use to always cook for everyone on Sunday's, it was a lot of fun. And through the years I just picked up a lot of knacks for cooking and I'm not saying I'm a great chef or whatever, I'm sure there some great chef's here that will look at me and be like, hey he is cooking at least. I think that is the main thing. What I want to try to tell you guys, mostly the guys, get off of your butt, cook this soup. Great soup during football season, believe it or not, it is hearty enough, it taste great and when I come back we are going to show you how easy this is. I mean I make everything on a small little table, great thing about New York City, is we get fresh ingredients all the time, but you know, the bad thing is you give up space, so I'm in a small kitchen, small area. We are going to show you today how to make cream of mushroom soup."
