Storage Tips for Cream of Broccoli Soup

"Hi this is Richard Buccola in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today we're going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. Okay now I'm back and I'm going to be really honest with everybody usually when we are doing these videos we wrap up by showing you how to store this stuff. This would stay in your refrigerators a few days very easily. I don't think it is going to last that long because in between the clips we were eating the soup I didn't want to finish that is how good it is. But for our purpose sake and for Expert Village whatever is left in your bowl you can actually pour it here which I would do right now. Just a simple Tupperware folks very simple again this fuses together all those flavors, what would happen is it will blend and be really nice. But come over here to your big bowl or your big soup just make sure if it is still warm you want to grab it by the sides. Remember I'm dead serious this would get better in a couple of days after you heat it and it is that simple. Just put it in a Tupperware, close it up, it would stay fresh 7-10 days if it last that long. Great soup for appetizers, great for these winter days when the kids come in and they want something warm. Kids will eat this they say they don't like broccoli I promise you they would eat this broccoli soup it is delicious.
