"Hi this is Richard Bucoola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village we are going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. So we are back with a nice little presentation. I have a nice bowl to make it look nice. I am going to open a nice bottle of wine Pena Gresio. If you want to use a red wine that is fine. I think this is a little bit of a meal that calls for a Lager beer, it is not a beer even it is a light beer or a white wine. It is real simple that I do this. I always serve my guests first. Just take their bowl and give them a nice amount right in the center and presentation is very simple on this. I usually just put a couple crackers on the side. I tell them to come down and sit with us. Bon App?tit. I am going to serve myself and this smells so so delicious and have fun with your friends, one or two crackers, open up some wine, taste it.
