"Hi this is Richard Buccola in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. Okay so we are back and at this point you just might want to go in with your spoon just to see if there is any big chunks. If you see some big chunks you just want to take your puree and go back in there and just keep pureeing until you get it. Some big chunks is okay but you don't want it too big, you want it to be nice little pieces so as you are pureeing you are actually making it creamier which is fine. You are keeping it on a very low flame for another 5 minutes and right before you serve it right here right out of the pot. You just want to add your pepper and your salt. I don't use salt some people can it is up to you, you find what works for you. I mean look at this doesn't that look beautiful, look how nice that looks when I come back I'm going to have it set up for lunch and set our table and start our presentation. "
