"Hi this is Richard Buccola in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. I don't know if you can see it on film but this is starting to get thick you can see it as I go slow. You can see it get thick. We want to wait until we get to a boil. When it starts to boil you can see it is getting really thick now. And it is starting to boil in the corner and once it starts to boil just keep whisking it. Once you see it boil it is going to get thick really quick. What you want to do then is just take it off your heat, open your lid and just pour it right in there. That is going to give you the cream for the cream of broccoli soup here at Expert Village. It doesn't look good yet but it always looks good. When I come back I will show you looking good. "
