"Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. 2 1/2 tablespoons of your butter. Again you can measure it just by seeing it, I used this before so I cut pass that line. This would the half 1,2. Right on your butter it would tell you what it is or your margarine. For health conscious people use margarine put that right in there. We are going to let this sit for a second and what you are going to do now is just take a second fork and try to whisk it a little bit. As we are cooking give it a little whisk, take any lumps with the flour and want this to get to a nice hearty boil. But before that we are going to puree our broccoli and onions and when I come back everything should be ready and we will show you how to puree our soup and mix it all together. "
