"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. So I got everything cleaned up while our soup is sauting or simmering, a better word. I'm not really the best on technical terms I know how to cook because I just cooked that is what I tell people. Just get off your butt and cook let me tell you guys, guys your wife will love it if you get up and cook sometime. That is why I'm doing this, for the guys, I want the guys to have great relationships with their girls and wives and nothing is sexier than the guys in the kitchen. We are going to do the cream part real simple we're going to get a saute pan or a little sauce pan. Your going to put it in a low flame while your broccoli and onions and celery is sauting, your going to do something real simple just get half and half of shake. We're just going to put two cups I measure this out, my aunt can't do it without measuring she is amazing cook. I wish she would get on this tape and cook she would show us all something. So two cups of half and half very simple, we're going to take a tablespoon of flour, we're going to take three tablespoons, this is on a low flame right now. Because we're actually saving time I try to do two things at once because I don't have a lot of time in the morning before I go to work. So three tablespoons one, two, three tablespoons of flour."
