"Hi this is Richard Buccola from New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. Okay, so you lower your flame to you know a low flame, you are going to cover it and you are going to let it sit for 10,15, even 20 minutes if you want everything to get tender, you want the broccoli to cook a little bit before you puree it. This is a time that I like to clean up. Most of the meals that I make here are quiet fast meals. What is great about this is I could cook this before I go to work. I like to cook stuff like this before I go to work. I wake up a half of hour early. Now, must of the stuff on Expert Village I cook, you can cook under 25 minutes. In 40 minutes you can have all ready before you go to work and what is great about this soup is as you leave it in the fridge for the day, everything freezes together it actually gets better the 2nd and 3rd day. So you utilize this time while sauteeing. To clean up your stuff, throw away your cans, clean up your table, and this way when it is all done you just have to put it in. What is great about this soup also it that it last for 7-10 days in the fridge Tupperware, heats up easy in a microwave or a sauce pan for the kids. It is just a great soup, it is easy, it is inexpensive, go make some cream of broccoli soup.
