"Hi this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. She don't even use a measuring cup she just eyeball it as you get to cook it more you would see. I'm not as good as her but look your going to go 1,2. Now I eyeball to certain things if I see if it is to much onions, or not enough broth I would add some more. I'm going to go 3 cause I don't feel that it is enough I'm just going to go a little bit more just a little bit. That is it that is our main ingredients, that is our soup, we are going to cover it now, put a cover and let it saute for about 10 to 15 minutes on a low flame. Come back we would show you how to clean up, as you are doing this you should just clean up like I have a little mess her. I mean if you turn and say it is not really that bad though. While that is happening you should just clean up your mess, don't forget to cover your pot and when we come back I would show you the rest of this soup really hearty, really easy to make here at Expert Village.
