"Hi this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. The broccoli is going to cook down. Little leave like this I tend to pick off, you are going to see small little leaves like this just pick them off with your hands. Get them out of there. You really don't want them in there but with the broccoli just cut it this way you see that cut right off. The heads would come right off, you want to use the whole thing so this is a soup that would actually would cook down as you cut it. Just give it little cuts, it is okay if you don't make it you know perfect cause like I said we are going to puree all of this. So we are going to come some and as you see you might have a small board like me, as soon as you cut that just bring it over to your pan or your pot, put it right in there. It is going to smell great and it looks like a lot but it is all going to cook down and blend together. When I come back I'm going to show you just how to make this cream of broccoli soup. We still have to add our cream broth and then we are going to show you how to make the cream part of the soup."
