Video Transcript

"Hi this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. We are chopping our onions as our butter is melting. You want to get it nice not to where it is burning but you just want to get it hot so we can start to saute these onions. So I'm going to come over to our pot which we are actually going to use for our soup. You can see that we got a little sizzle which is good and put our onions right inside all these onions nice. Then we are going to chop up our celery and put that in there. You might want to just take a little spoon, just mix it around with the butter and let it start to saute. You want these onions to open up and to bring out that flavor and when we come back we would show you how to chop up this celery stock and add that. "
