"Hi this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. Okay you see there is some big pieces here, just put your point here don't go over the onion that is when you are going to start to cry. I'm actually starting to get a little teary eye here so anyway you just chop up your onion, get it in like that, have it all ready. Come over here and get 2 1/2-2 tablespoons you see your butter it tells you 2 1/2, here is 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons. I'm going to go 2 1/2 alright this butter is a little melted which is okay so when that happens just open it up. You start from your mark 1,2,2 1/2, cup straight, take that out, come over to your pan here, get your flame on, we are going to melt that butter down just a medium flame just to get it melted down. As that is melted down I'm going to continue chopping my onions."
