"Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you my creole seafood stew. Now we have our fish, we also got our shrimp and scallops in this bowl. We want to season both of those fish, we're just using our basic seasoning and we're going to use that also with the shrimp and scallops. We are also going to add to the shrimp and scallops, a little bit of that garlic that we chopped, then we're going to add a little olive oil and to the fish also. So just kind of mix those seasonings in olive oil together with the fish and do the same thing with those shrimp and scallops, with that garlic, olive oil and those seasonings. Then what we are going to do is we're going to take both of these, our fish and our shrimp scallops we're going to stick them in the refrigerator and we'll get back to those a little bit later, so let's move on to our next step."
