"Hi this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make some cream of broccoli soup. Okay the ingredient we are going to need is 8 cups of broccoli flowerets. You are also going to need 3,4,5,6 tablespoons of butter. You are going to need 1 celery stock, you are going to need 1 medium onion this is a large one so what I would do is cut this in half and use for something else and use the other half here. So one small to medium size this is a large one. You are going to need 3 tablespoons of flour, you are going to need 3 cups of chicken broth that is usually like 2 cans little less then 2 cans. You are going to also need pepper to seasoning it and lastly you are going to use milk or half and half. I like using the half and half this one taste better I think you should experiment do what is best for you. I like half and half most recipes even my aunt she just use milk. I always tend to play around with thing and I find that the half and half is better do what is right for you. When I come back I would show you the utensils and the hardware that you need to put this together. "
